Group Chief Executive Officer

John, who leads the DAB Financial Group as Group Chief Executive Officer, is passionate about helping individuals, businesses, and our employees achieve their full potential. His 40 years of experience includes A$250-350 million A/NZ revenue responsibility for sales, partner, and advisory teams with multinationals IBM, CSC, Wang, and Telxon, and he has carried Group CEO, COO, sales director, and financial result responsibility for a number of fast growth firms with turnover ranging from A$15-85 million. 

John has Commerce and Computing Degrees and an MBA, and, as a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, provides direct Business Advisory support to key clients seeking rapid expansion, M&A, equity funding, and non-executive Board support.

John is blessed with two daughters, is an active hang glider pilot, triathlete, ski instructor, property investor, and continues to assist the community and several charities as a 20-year Justice of the Peace.
